We lost the plot a little the other week when we saw Cloud Control play huge sold out shows in Melbourne and Sydney. Singalongs, shoulder rides and shimmering sounds were in abundance, and we bid a teary farewell to Al, Heidi, Jeremy + Ulrich as they jumped on a jet plane and headed to the UK where they’ll be based for a while.

The past 12 months have been amazing for the band – they won the Australian Music Prize, AIR Awards and SMAC Awards and scored nominations galore for their debut album Bliss Release.
