Lanie Lane Nominated For Four APRA Awards!

We are very excited to report that Lanie Lane has just recieved the news that she has been nominated for a cheeky four APRA Awards. The Australasian Performing Rights Association are the really nice people who make sure songwriters get paid and these awards are all about songs and song writers, so it’s a massive honour for Lanie to be nominated in these peer-voted gongs to be held in Sydney on the 28th of May. Her nominations are in the following categories:

APRA Song of the Year
Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year
Blues & Roots Work of the Year (x2 : ‘What Do I Do’ and ‘Cowboy’)
