What Happened When Nobody Was Looking?
It was a fairly awesome year in the League in 2011. We were lucky enough to release albums by Sparkadia, Josh Pyke and Lanie Lane, we put out our first ever film soundtrack thanks to Jed Kurzel‘s stunning score for Snowtown and we released the first cuts from Alpine, Catcall and Deep Sea Arcade‘s debut albums. In some cultures, this is what constitutes a ‘win’.
Along the way, we manufactured an army of Lanie Lanes, sunbathed with oiled-up leathermen and sang Dave Dobbyn’s ‘Slice Of Heaven’ with Red Riders after their last ever show. We threw an album of pics up on Facebook to share our fun times with you. It’s here for your voyueristic pleasure. And if you’re nice, we might even post the video of said Slice Of Heaven singalong.
